Why Caregiving Supports Matter to Employers Central to diversity, inclusion, and equity?
Caregivers comprise all aspects of life, especially throughout the workforce. Caregivers strive to keep their loved ones out of nursing homes and hospitals. They help to keep older Californians in their homes and communities, where they want to be. AARP Family Caregiving’s mission is to support family caregivers where they are, at home or in the workforce.
